企业要执行五天工作制

中国企业以前一直都是六天工作制的，后来慢慢改成五天工作制了，但是还是有很多私人企业实行六天工作制，这是有违劳动法的，五天工作制应该得来严格的执行，因为五天工作制可以大大提高员工的生活幸福感，让他们在工作之余有时间享受生活，同时也为下一周的工作养足精力。China has been experimenting with the five-day work week. People will have more time to spend on their hobbies during the weekend. Second, families will also benefit. People will have more time to spend together.
